Safety

Transcargo International team would like to share its latest updates regarding the COVID-19 outbreak which was recently labeled as a pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO). Various international and local authorities have placed restrictions to contain the spread of infection. TCI is proactively placing additional precautionary health and safety measures to assure (1) safety of its people, customers, suppliers and stakeholders as well as (2) ensuring business continuity and robust supply chains.
Such measures are organized across two defense lines: (1) precautionary and prevention measures to contain the spread of infection across supply chains and (2) corrective measures to ensure suspected cases are contained, diagnosed and treated. Administration, human resource, operations and cybersecurity crisis protocols have been enacted to ensure business continuity in your supply chains.
We continue uninterrupted operations including full terminal operations scope, stevedoring and warehousing in Adabiya Port. On-ground services provided by our workforce are fully equipped with personal protective equipment (PPE) to manage operations with limited exposure to health risks caused by COVID-19.
The situation is being closely monitored, and any updates will be communicated directly with you and will be made available on our website. We take this opportunity to reaffirm our commitment to you as your stevedore of choice, and wish you, your teams and families the best of health.
Best regards,
TCI Management Team
