Corporate Social Responsibility

Social responsibility is at the core of TCI’s values. We prioritize the well-being of society and the environment, steering our processes to positively impact communities. Our commitment to supporting education is key to building human capacities and bridging the skills gap. By investing in youth today, we aim to create a brighter future, aligning our strategy with societal development and positive change.

Education First

Education First project is a social initiative aiming at improving the quality of education in Egyptian public schools, with the objective of building a better future for Egypt. Education First is targeting all public language schools in Egypt (a total of 687 schools accommodating 1 million students).

Ehna Masr program

For five years, Transmar has been a proud sponsor of the ‘Ehna Masr’ program, during which we helped train 10,000 teachers, 1,200 principals, and 500 students.

As one of the strongest development programs within the organization, ‘Ehna Masr’ is dedicated to:

  • Develop leadership skills for students in secondary schools.
  • Develop soft skills for students, helping them achieve a competitive edge in the employment market upon graduation.
  • Training the Education First teachers and staff.
  • Develop and deploy intensive 15-days training for students coming from different governates.

The Significant Value of the Initiative

We are in the business of developing people. It runs in the DNA of the company and has become our competitive edge in Egypt and beyond.

With development and education being our focus, we found that Education First’s ethos matches this belief.

  • We both want to help students gain skills that are not accessible to them.
  • We both believe that students need these skills to compete in the market and succeed.
  • We both believe that it is a duty and not just a passion, to scale the education in Egypt.
